Description
Provide leadership for the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of district-wide student services systems and supports, including:
- Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)
- School mental health services and social work
- District-wide safety and emergency preparedness
- School nursing and health services
- Multilingual Learning (ML) services and Bilingual-Bicultural Education programs
- Student discipline systems and practices
- District hate/bias response process
- Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) coordination
- Support the Executive Director of Student Services in continuous improvement efforts, with a focus on equitable access, compliance, and high-qualify student outcomes.
This position will directly supervise School Nurses, SEL Teachers, Social Workers, and the Bilingual Educational Assistant. Position also provides coordination and leadership support to other student services staff, including school counseling and ML staff, in coordination with building administrators.
This is a year-round position (260-day contract). Annual salary to be set at $97,080. Benefits per the Employee Handbook.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin teaching certification required. Director of Special Education/Pupil Services license (5080) and/or Principal license preferred (5051).
- Five (5) or more years of successful public educational experience with experience in teaching and/or administration.
- Coursework, training and or experience in diverse student learning needs, school safety, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), and Academic and Career Planning (ACP).
- Relevant experience planning and implementation of Student Services programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex systems, build collaborative relationships, and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and follow through on complex work.
