Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of hands-on oil drilling rig experience
• Independent transportation for the entire hitch
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to pass a fit test
• Drilling rig work history verification
• Ability to pass a background check (qualified second-chance candidates are considered within company guidelines)
• Must complete an application at Nabors.com for Odessa, TX must be completed prior to interview
