Description
Lake Padden Golf Course is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Food and Beverage Team Member. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.Key Responsibilities of the F&B Team Member:
- Always maintain a professional appearance
- Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
- Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper, and other supplies
- Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
- Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
- Operate point of sale system, guest member charges, and credit card charges according to procedure
- Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
- Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service.
- Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
- Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
- Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees
- Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed
- Demonstrating responsible cash handling skills
- Prepares, cooks, and serves food menu options. Prior cooking experience not required
- Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Maintaining clean kitchen environment, including cleaning of fryer and flat top
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
The applicant must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 MAST permit and Food Handlers permit.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Experience preferred but not required
