As the only GI practice serving a multi-county population, the group offers immediate procedural volume, an established referral network, and long-term stability in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The Practice

• Busy bread-and-butter GI practice with 9 physicians and 6 APPs
• Sole GI group serving a large multi-county region
• About 11,000 colonoscopies and 3,500 EGDs performed annually
• Dedicated endoscopy days with strong procedural support

Schedule

• Monday-Friday with predictable hours
• Light 1:7 hospital call, with no rounding required during call hours
• Dedicated APP support during hospitalist weeks

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary with productivity bonus potential
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
