Description

SMU DEDMAN SCHOOL OF LAW is seeking applications from qualified persons for tenured and tenure-track faculty positions to begin Fall of 2027. We seek candidates with expertise in the following area: Oil & Gas/Natural Resources/Energy Law.  We seek established tenured scholars with strong scholarly records for tax law and oil & gas/natural resources/energy law. 

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.  To ensure full consideration for the positions, applications must be received by September 15, 2026, but the committee will continue to accept applications until the positions are filled.
