JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Golf Maintenance Manager to lead our Greenkeeping team and ensure our championship golf course is maintained to the highest standards of presentation, playability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all golf course maintenance and grounds operations, including greens, fairways, bunkers, landscaping, and irrigation systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs aligned with Marriott Golf Standards and agronomic best practices.
• Monitor course conditions and coordinate improvement projects to maintain exceptional playing surfaces.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, inventory, equipment, and operational expenses.
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction through superior course presentation and quality.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Greenkeeping team to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Golf Operations and hotel departments to support tournaments, events, and daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Golf Course Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Golf Course Maintenance, Greenkeeping, Turf Management, or a related field, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of turf management, irrigation systems, landscaping, and agronomic practices.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, inventories, and maintenance equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and chemical handling requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
