Requirements

Preferred:

Current Home Inspector License (Ohio and/or Kentucky)
Previous residential inspection experience
Commercial inspection experience (preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills
Basic computer and mobile technology skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to access roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and other accessible areas
We’ll also consider:

Newly licensed inspectors
Individuals actively pursuing licensing
Candidates with construction, engineering, trades, insurance adjusting, municipal inspection, architecture, or related experience
