The Director provides administrative oversight and leadership with an emphasis on staffing, employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations. The role is critical in fostering a supportive employee culture which helps the Township’s to retain and attract engaged employees.  We are committed to providing exceptional services to Meridian Township’s prime community.
