Join our Minneapolis Milk Plant team as an HR Generalist and play a key role in supporting a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing workforce. This hands-on role blends talent acquisition, employee support, and HR operations to deliver an exceptional employee experience aligned with our values.

You’ll be a trusted partner to plant leadership and employees, helping shape the employee experience while building your HR career in a dynamic and essential industry.

What You’ll Do:

•        Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles—from sourcing to onboarding
•        Partner with leaders to hire, develop, and retain talent
•        Support payroll, benefits, and leave administration (FMLA/STD)
•        Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and employee relations
•        Manage employee records, reporting, and HR transactions
•        Drive a seamless onboarding experience and training support 
•        Champion culture, inclusion, and engagement initiatives

Requirements

•        Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•        2–5 years HR generalist experience (manufacturing preferred)
•        Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO)
•        Strong communication and ability to influence at all levels
•        Experience with HR systems, payroll, and Microsoft Office
•        Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
•        HR certification (SHRM/HRCI) a plus
