Salary:

Our client, an international financial services organisation, is on a search for an interim Head of Compliance to join their team in Singapore on a 6-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop fit-for-purpose compliance frameworks to support a scaling, commercially focused organisation.
• Act as a strategic partner to the business, including working closely with the investment teams on cross-border governance and market expansion initiatives.
• Own the organisation's audit readiness, ensuring robust processes, controls, and documentation are in place.
• Establish and oversee a compliance monitoring to proactively identify and address regulatory risks, reporting findings clearly to senior leadership
• Manage relationships with relevant regulatory bodies, serving as the primary liaison for examinations, enquiries, and submissions.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially minded compliance guidance that enables the business to grow whilst managing risk appropriately.

Requirements:

• Proven compliance experience within a regulated financial services environment.
• Track record of building and/or enhancing compliance frameworks.
• Strong audit background with hands-on experience in process design, internal controls, and conservative risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate cross-border regulatory requirements and multi-jurisdictional governance.
• Experience within asset management or investment management environments is an advantage.
