Investment Support Associate

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate daily support operations for the equity investment team, support investment managers with order placement and complete document circulation & workflows accurately within required deadlines.
2. Communicate internal/external information promptly, compile statistical feedback, update business databases, gather operational demands and optimize file archiving systems.
3. Act as the cross-departmental business contact point for Investment Team, handle daily inter-department coordination and administrative affairs.
4. Willing to work across investment teams based in Hong Kong and Beijing offices.

Job Requirements

1. Degree holder or above in Finance and Economics, and CFA charter holder preferred.
2. A team player with exceptional power point, excel data mining, and other office skills.
3. Accuracy, data awareness, and attention to detail required.
4. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin.
