What You'll Do
As a Plant Lab Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of materials used to build roads and infrastructure across the region.
- Perform lab testing on construction materials, including Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA)
- Follow established quality control procedures and testing standards
- Analyze test data and help identify and correct quality issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Calibrate, clean, and maintain lab equipment
- Support continuous improvement and team development
What We're Looking For
We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in their work.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- NECEPT certification or prior quality control/construction experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between plant locations
