You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!
Schedule will fall between the following hours:
- Monday 7:00am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday 7:00am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday 7:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm
- Patients are our number one priority, and we always want to do what is best for them.
- Encourage efficient and office-focused use of time and discussions.
- Drive team excellence by leading dynamic staff meetings, delivering impactful training that empowers your colleagues, and pioneering innovative problem-solving strategies that elevate our entire practice.
- Collaborate with the doctor and other team leaders on resolving conflicts that affect daily operations.
- Support of the overall goals and strategies, per the Annual Plan.
- Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- Engage in the Spear Analytics Platform, Action Center, My Day, and Weekly/Monthly Reports to be accountable for the systems involved in the back-office experience.
- Supervise and monitor lab work, sterilization, x-ray protocols, chairside assisting, and new technology (Cerec, CBCT, etc.)
- Proven 3+ years of progressive leadership in dental assistance, with a demonstrated ability to transform teams, drive clinical excellence, and mentor the next generation of dental professionals.
- Experience with Dental Softwares, similar to Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve, MacPractice, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Dental operations
- State requirements such as CPR certification and/or Radiology Certification, etc.
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
