Job Summary
As the Lead HR Business Partner, you will support our nuclear business by partnering with leaders and employees to align people strategies with business objectives and drive workforce planning, talent initiatives, employee relations, organizational development, and change.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders up to the VP/GM level while operating independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We’re looking for a proactive HR professional who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about enabling high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders and employees across the business to support talent initiatives.
- Provide HR guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, career development, and engagement.
- Support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives.
- Analyze HR trends and workforce data to provide recommendations and support business decisions.
- Facilitate talent discussions and organizational assessments.
- Partner with Legal and HR Centers of Excellence to support compliance and business initiatives.
- Support initiatives focused on employee experience, retention, and productivity.
- Develop presentations, recommendations, and HR-related proposals using workforce insights and data.
- Build strong working relationships across teams and support leaders through complex people situations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR or related experience with a bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources or a related field, or 7+ years of experience without a degree.
- Nuclear industry or power plant experience is required.
- Advanced HR Business Partner expertise, including workforce planning, change management, and alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience in workforce analytics, talent forecasting, organizational development, succession planning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with labor relations, compliance, HR policies, HR technology, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and management of complex HR projects.
