DFW Concrete Pros is seeking a highly motivated and driven Lead Concrete Saw Operator to oversee and perform concrete cutting operations on commercial, industrial, and roadway projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and experience operating concrete sawing equipment. Position: Lead Concrete Sawing Operator Location: DFW Metroplex Pay: Competitive compensation based on experienceResponsibilities: Operate and oversee concrete sawing equipment, including wall saws, slab saws, core drills, and hand saws Lead crews on job sites while maintaining safety and production standards Read project plans and execute precise cuts to specifications Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and team members.

Requirements
