Description
Duties & Responsibilities- Legal support for a) investments including pre and post-investment, and b) full cycle private fund launch and management;
- Manage company secretarial matters;
- Internal reporting;
- Assist in formulating internal policies and procedures, and training;
- Communicate with internal parties, external counsels, legal document review and drafting.
Education and Professional Requirements
- Minimum: Degree Holder in law or related discipline
Experience Requirements
- Minimum: at least 2-4 years' experience in a corporate environment, law firm experience a plus but not a requirement.
- Preferred: experience in bilingual business environment; experience in M&A, fund investment and/or fund management.
Special Skills
- Attention to detail, good commercial sense, logical thinking;
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Well-versed in relevant HK ordinances and regulations;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must.
