The Manager, Maintenance ARGP ensures the reliability, availability, and performance of mining and processing assets that enable safe and uninterrupted production across the operation. The role creates value by maximizing equipment uptime, extending asset life, optimizing maintenance costs, and strengthening operational resilience.
As a key member of the mining leadership team, the role translates production objectives into sustainable maintenance strategies that enhance productivity, safety, environmental performance, and asset integrity. Through strong governance, workforce capability, and continuous improvement, the role drives operational excellence and supports the delivery of business growth objectives within Gold and Growth Minerals.
The role also strengthens organizational capability by building a high-performing maintenance organization, fostering a culture of reliability, and enabling the operation to meet current and future production commitments while managing operational and financial risks.

Optimize maintenance expenditure while protecting asset performance, reliability, and lifecycle value.

Asset Reliability & Operational Excellence
Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance programs that reduce downtime and improve asset performance.
Strengthen preventative and predictive maintenance practices to enhance operational continuity.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase equipment efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Safety, Risk & Compliance
Establish a maintenance culture that prioritizes safety, asset integrity, and environmental stewardship.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with regulatory, company, and industry requirements.
Mitigate operational risks through proactive inspection, monitoring, and reliability management.
Leadership & Capability Building
Build a high-performing maintenance organization with strong technical and leadership capability.
Develop succession pipelines and enhance workforce competency through coaching and structured development.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
10-15 years of relevant maintenance and asset management experience within mining, minerals processing, heavy industry, or related sectors.
Proven experience leading large-scale maintenance operations for mobile and fixed plant assets.
Demonstrated experience in reliability improvement, maintenance planning, asset management, and operational excellence.
Significant leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and contractor organizations.
