Jamison Door Company located in Hagerstown, Maryland, who specializes in specialty doors since 1906, has full-time openings in our union shop.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient with basic math and able to read a tape measure accurately
• Understand and adhere to the companys Quality and Safety policies.
• Ability to understand and demonstrate basic job procedures that have been established for each work area.
• Operate machinery with a strong sense of responsibility to avoid equipment damage and downtime.
• Possess good communication skills and work well in a team setting.
• Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency.
• Highly productive and self-motivated, positive attitude, dependable and trustworthy
• Ensure products are conforming to requirements and specifications.
• Maintaining regular and punctual attendance according to shift-times or a pre-arranged work schedule.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Vocational and technical training or previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Technically competent, quick study, excellent math skills
• Other skills required:

o Must be willing and able to work overtime as necessary.
