This position will manage the activities of the Metro Traffic Signing Unit. This position is responsible for directing the development of MnDOT Signing plans for state construction projects, reviewing plans prepared by consultants and local agencies, responding to internal and external requests from the public and managing consultant contracts.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensure as a professional engineer with the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design (AELSLAGID).
• Three (3) years of post-registration engineering experience at the Engineer Senior level (or equivalent) that demonstrates broad-based traffic engineering experience.
