Description
This position exists to provide project management, direction, and leadership from inception to completion of projects and studies as well as lead, facilitate, and negotiate agreements within Ramsey and Anoka Counties. The position serves as the primary contact for public agencies, project partners, and the public regarding project activities. This position exists to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public, public officials, and internal & external stakeholders.

Requirements
- Licensure as a professional engineer with the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design (AELSLAGID).
- Three (3) years of post-registration engineering experience that demonstrates knowledge of principles and practices of Pre-design, Final Design, Planning, Traffic Engineering, State Aid and Construction.
- Experience in project management sufficient to prioritize and schedule multiple projects to meet letting schedules and to manage budgets and staff.
- Knowledge of MnDOT standards and federal, state, and local laws, regulations, policies and codes as they relate to transportation system planning, design, construction, maintenance and operation.
