Compensation: $20

Principal Accountabilities:
- Troubleshoot, operate, and monitor packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Accurately verify, document, and record production quantities produced and/or consumed
- Communicate effectively with team members and management during shift handovers and throughout daily operations
- Ensure all packaged products meet food safety requirements and customer quality specifications
- Perform routine, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on packaging equipment
- Understand, follow, and comply with all safety rules, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times
- Safely climb on trucks and railcars as required to support operational activities
- Operate track mobile equipment to move railcars in accordance with safety and operating procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and business needs
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Basic use of a computer
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to perform physical job duties, which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of forklift operation experience required
- Experience operating machinery and/or industrial equipment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or military experience
- Experience in performing routine, preventive, and troubleshooting maintenance on packaging equipment
- Prior experience working around railcars and performing operational tasks such as equipment access and railcar movement
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or GED, or a minimum of two years of equivalent relevant work experience
