South Wiliamsport Area School District is accepting applications for the following positions:

PARAPROFESSIONALS - MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLEThe District has multiple paraprofessional positions available for the 2026 - 2027 school year. Hours vary from 6.0-6.5 hours per day based on position.

Applicants must possess an eagerness to assist with support for
students with special needs, work collaboratively with all professional staff, and participate in additional trainings as required.
Position follows the school day/school year calendar.
Hourly rate is $17.74 per union contract.

FOOD SERVICE MANAGERFull-time Food Service Manager Position at the Junior/Senior High School starting at beginning of 2026-2027 school year with some training days in the summer. The Food Service Manager is the Head Cook, they submit food and milk orders, oversee food service staff, and keep temperature logs. Candidate must be able to pass ServSafe course. Starting rate is $20.55 per hour with benefits per union
contract. If available, person may begin last few weeks of 2025-2026 school year for job shadowing.

HEAD VARSITY CHEERLEADING COACHThe South Williamsport Area School District is accepting applications for the position of Head High School Varsity Cheerleading Coach.
The successful candidate must be able to choreograph routines, lead and manage all facets of the program, including the hiring of assistant coaches at both the varsity and JH level, fundraising, competitive competitions, and sporting events through the fall and winter sports seasons. Previous cheer knowledge is preferred, and a background in gymnastics/dance a plus. Excellent communication and time
