We are located in Luverne, MN & manufacture slats for hog barns.

We are currently looking for a plant manager to lead our team. The plant manager is responsible for managing and supervising employees in the manufacturing and shipping & receiving departments. They are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these departments. They will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Midwest Dry Cast's policies and applicable law.

Some responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees: planning, assigning, directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The plant manager is responsible for ensuring all safety standards and manufacturing goals are met.

Qualifications:
5+ years of production experience preferred
Previous management experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical information
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
