Description
Responsibilities- Conduct QA testing to assess the quality of the business processes in Asia including onboarding, SOW profile periodic review and trigger event review
- Validate and summarise QA results
- Prepare QA reporting materials and management information
- Support ad-hoc thematic reviews
- Communicate with various stakeholders to implement remediation action plan
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 2 years of work experience in quality assurance testing, compliance monitoring, audit
- Knowledge of private banking lifecycle, SOW corroboration, Customer Identification Program requirements
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong team player with the ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a good sense of risk and control
