Description
Role- Cross-functional leadership across the PQM organization.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the PQM organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support below
- Deliver the agreed and committed overall objectives for Product Quality management (PQM) in Quality Assurance
- Reduce IPTV/CPV to speed up the solution to end customer
- Lead the analysis of long-standing QJ/QSP cases and support the implementation of necessary actions.
- Execute the special projects related to PQM
- Optimize PQM process and collaborate with UDTT,UDTP,UDTO and other relevant function including Isuzu
- Perform benchmarking (internal and external) and implement best-practices as identified
- Develop upstream activities with field failure inputs earlier in development process
- To act on behalf of the QA PQM Director with external/internal stakeholders as require
Authority
- Provide guidance and support to each group in PQM.

- Quality assurance LTM and managers
- UDTO, UDTT, UDTP, Japan sales/ International sales and quality responsible management members
- Supplier
Key performance indicators
IPTV/CPV
Required Education & Experience
- University Degree (BS or MS) preferably in Engineering
- Product quality management and market quality handling experience
- Management experience

- Able to demonstrate successful international business experience within a global network
- Good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and business analyses
