Overview
Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Tampa, FL
This position is pending contract award.
Responsibilities
Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Quality Manager to support the EAGLE-I contract onsite in Tampa, FL.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leads the program's Quality Management Plan (QMP) for the C2ISR Transport effort, integrating quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) across engineering, T&E, deployments, logistics, and PMO reporting.
- Establishes standards, templates, and gate criteria. Audits lab/site builds, configuration baselines, documentation packages, and vendor/teaming deliverables for compliance with the TO, Section F CDRLs, ISO 9001/CMMI practices, and RMF/CM evidence expectations.
- Defines KPIs and dashboards, briefs risk/quality trends to the PM/DPM and Government.
- Coordinates with KM/Portal for records and with Ops for continuous monitoring;ensuring a living QMP that adapts as processes change.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable), Top Secret clearance preferred.
- 7 years Quality Management experience, including extensive experience ensuring Program Quality Manager compliance for continued ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 Certification and CMMI.
- Strong capabilities with Microsoft 365 Suite and Microsoft Project.
Desired Qualifications:
- Possesses Lead Auditor ISO certifications.
- Possesses ITILv4 certification.
- Proven experience supporting FEDSIM programs and task orders, including contract administration, performance monitoring, and compliance with GSA/FEDSIM requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in the full lifecycle management of GSA FEDSIM contract vehicles, from task order proposals through execution, invoicing, and closeout.
- Strong working knowledge of federal contracting processes, particularly GSA schedules and FEDSIM procedures, with the ability to serve as the primary point of contact for program quality management.
Education:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems preferred.
