Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on financial regulations, AML/CFT, and sanctions compliance.
• Identify and escalate financial crime and regulatory risks.
• Design, implement, and validate internal controls and monitoring frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
• Collaborate with regulators, internal stakeholders, and global teams to strengthen compliance programs.
• Support internal training initiatives to enhance compliance awareness.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in compliance or legal functions within financial institutions.
• Strong expertise in AML/CFT and financial regulations.
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
• Business-level English communication skills for global collaboration.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability based on data.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business level
