Description

Licensed U.S. Customs Broker with a strong background in customs entry filing, duty drawback, PSCs, Protests, classification, and more, particularly in hosiery and apparel. Five+ years of experience in U.S. Customs compliance, along with working knowledge of Foreign Trade Zones (FTZs), bonded warehouse operations, and international transportation. This role plays a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting efficient global trade operations. 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

Active U.S. Customs Broker License required. 
Minimum 5 years of experience in customs entry filing and trade compliance. 
Hands-on experience with duty drawback, PSCs, Protests, entry filings, and classification is a must. 
Experience with reconciliation, post-entry amendments, and audits. 
Experience in hosiery and apparel classification strongly preferred. 
Familiarity with FTZ, bonded warehouse, and international transportation operations. 
Strong knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations and CBP procedures. 
Proficiency in customs and other software platforms (e.g., ACE, ABI, SAP). 
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. 
Knowledge of trade compliance programs (e.g., CTPAT, AEO). 
SAP GTS or similar trade compliance system experience.
