Description
Your Mission & Challenge- Own and drive the commercial go-to-market strategy for NEURA's robotics product portfolio, covering pricing, target segments, and rollout sequencing
- Lead product launches from planning through successful commercial rollout of market introduction and adoption
- Develop pricing, and packaging strategies that drive market success, including commercial models and discount frameworks
- Translate value propositions into compelling commercial offers and business cases for customers, partners, and sales teams
- Ensure Sales and Partner teams are fully equipped to successfully launch and commercialize new products and features
- Coordinate sales enablement programs and launch readiness across contributing teams
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Commercial GTM teams to align product and commercial strategies
- Analyze market trends, win/loss data, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to continuously optimize go-to-market approaches
- Support the successful scaling and adoption of new robotics solutions across global markets
- Play a key role in strengthening NEURA Robotics' position as a leading robotics innovator
- 7+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Commercial Strategy, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales/Revenue Operations roles within technology-driven environments
- Proven experience launching and scaling complex technology products
- Experience creating customer-facing commercial materials such as proposals, business cases, and ROI models
- Excellent analytical skills, including win/loss and pricing analysis, market analysis, and customer insights
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic materials
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, commercial models, and territory planning
- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
