What We're Looking For:
Looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the scanner tools team, developing and maintaining Windows-based desktop applications and SDK components that power Zebra's device integration ecosystem. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Windows application development (C++/C#/.NET), strong debugging skills, and a solid understanding of software design principles. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software within an Agile release cycle.
Join the ADC team to design, develop, and maintain Windows-based desktop applications and SDK components that power Zebra's device integration ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Windows desktop applications/SDK components (C++/C#/.NET).
• Debug and resolve complex issues across performance, compatibility, and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile/Scrum workflow.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release documentation.
• Investigate and remediate security vulnerabilities as part of release cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of software development experience, focused on Windows.
• Strong C++/C#/.NET skills and understanding of Windows OS internals.
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Strong debugging and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• SDK/driver-level or hardware integration experience.
• CI/CD and cross-platform (Linux/Android) exposure.
