Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Req'mts analysis: Risk assessment, bus. alignment, user stories, & functional/non-functional req'mts classification; Arch. & dsgn: Scalable distributed systs, dsgn patterns, detailed specifications, & MVP dvlpmt; Workday expertise: Studio integrations, EIB, Payroll Effective Change Interface, Core Connectors, & custom reporting; Dvlpmt: Maintainable code creation, code reviews, CI/CD pipeline automation, & security enforcement.
