Job Summary

Collect, compile, validate, and analyze business and operational data to support management reporting, budgeting, business planning, and strategic analysis. Prepare accurate reports and documentation while assisting in evaluating business performance, investment opportunities, and business planning initiatives to support effective decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

KeyMetricCollect, compile, validate, and prepare business data for Monthly Management Report (MMR), Balance Score Card (BSC), and other management reports to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Management reports are completed accurately and submitted on schedule.Prepare financial and operational data, perform basic business analysis, and support financial modelling for investment evaluation, tender opportunities, and business performance assessment.Analysis documents are accurate and completed according to business requirements.Compile budget assumptions, historical data, and forecast information to support the annual budgeting and reforecasting process.Budget and forecast supporting data are accurate, complete, and available on time.Prepare and maintain supporting documents, market information, and business data required for Strategic Business Plan (SBP), Annual Business Plan (ABP), and other strategic planning activities.Strategic planning documents are completed accurately and according to established timelines.Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome- SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or other related disciplines.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in business analysis, business planning, management reporting, financial analysis, or related fields.
• Experience in mining, construction, or other related industries is an advantage.
  Experience working in a multinational or international company is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
  Good command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of business performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Basic understanding of market research and competitor analysis.
• Willing to continuously learn and improve business analysis knowledge and professional competencies.
• Able to prepare accurate, concise, and well-structured reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
