Primary Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Develop case strategy, oversee discovery, and handle motion practice
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions and attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Provide strategic case analysis and regular client reporting
• Negotiate resolutions and support trial preparation
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices on complex matters

Background & Experience

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Texas bar admission
• 8+ years of litigation experience
• Trial experience required; first or second chair experience preferred
• Strong deposition and motion practice background
• Transportation, trucking, logistics, casualty, or personal injury experience preferred
• Excellent advocacy, analytical, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation up to $230,000, commensurate with experience
