Inpatient Pharmacist\n\nFirst time travelers accepted\n1 year of experience required; 2+ years preferred\nPharmD, RPh, WI pharm license required; BLS preferred\n*Will accept Act 10 license; In WI, traveler would need to apply for both the temp license and permanent licensure.*\nEpic experience required\nSkills: Inpatient/Acute care, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, therapeutic med monitoring, drug shortage management, pharmacotherapy management for medical problems\nScrubs provided\nTravelers MUST shave for a mask to seal for Fit Testing. CAPRs and PAPRs are not provided and SSM will not allow travelers to use their own PAPRs or CAPRs at their facilities; there are no exceptions. Locals are not accepted.\n\nSubcontractor Agency Travelers will need to complete an OSHA Respirator Clearance - $22 agency cost. Clearance is required to be completed prior to start\n\nFit Testing: Travelers MUST shave for a mask to seal for Fit Testing.\nCAPRs and PAPRs are not provided and SSM will not allow travelers to use their own PAPRs or CAPRs at their facilities;\n\n\nthey do not accept medical or religious exemptions, no exceptions.\n\nFailure to shave for FIT testing will result in a cancel\n\nAll clinicians (allied/CNAs/RNs, etc.) cannot work past 1 year as a traveler. A 6 month break must be taken in order to return as a traveler\n\nModules:\n\nModules are not billable and hours may vary\n\nRN modules can be up to 5-6 hours\n\nAllied modules approximately 1 hour\n\nModules are completed pre-start\n\nModules are recorded on transcripts\n\n\n\n#1019879
