Registered Nurse (RN) | House Supervisor Location: Gouverneur, NY Agency: job.com Pay: $2,350 to $2,450 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an experienced House Supervisor RN for a travel assignment at a 25-bed acute care facility in Gouverneur, NY. The House Supervisor will oversee nursing operations across all units during night shift and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care delivery. Average Daily Census: 19 patients Patient Population: Adolescents to Geriatrics Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nursing care across all inpatient units Lead Code Management, Rapid Response, and Crisis Intervention Oversee bed management, admissions, transfers, and post-procedure placements Manage facility/bed diversion and transfer to higher levels of care Monitor and report sentinel events Ensure compliance with DPH, TJC, OSHA, and regulatory standards Support discharge AMA processes Promote infection control and workplace safety standards Provide leadership support to nursing staff during night operations Patient Diagnoses Include CHF, Pneumonia, Chest Pain Rule-Out, Syncope, Diverticulitis, Cellulitis, COPD, ETOH Withdrawal, Opiate Withdrawal, Debility Requirements Active New York RN License (in hand) Minimum 1 year of House Supervisor or RN Manager experience EPIC experience required (hard requirement) Travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted) ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Must live 50 miles from facility Apply Now!
