\n Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,130 - $1,210\n Location: Hospital setting in Doylestown, PA (18901) — serving Bucks County and greater Philadelphia healthcare area\n Schedule: Monday – Friday, evenings (3:00pm – 11:30pm)\n Hours per Week: 40\n Duration: 13 weeks, temp-to-perm with potential for permanent placement\n Employment Type: Local contractors only; local sterile processing jobs preferred\n\n\nKey Responsibilities (Sterile Processing / SPD)\n

\n Perform cleaning, decontamination, inspection, assembly, sterilization (autoclave/steam, low-temperature processes) and storage of surgical instruments and equipment\n Operate and monitor sterilization equipment and follow hospital infection control protocols and OSHA standards\n Maintain accurate records using instrument tracking systems and SPD software (instrument tracking, lot control)\n Collaborate with surgical, nursing, and central sterile teams to meet daily operating room and procedural needs\n Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and shelf-life control for sterile trays and sets\n Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and support a culture of patient safety\n\n\nQualifications\n

\n High school diploma or equivalent\n Certification in sterile processing required (examples: CRCST, CSPDT — certification type may be specified by employer)\n Minimum 1 year of sterile processing experience required (2 years preferred) in a hospital or central sterile environment\n Familiarity with instrument tracking systems and basic computer skills\n Strong communication, teamwork, and customer relationship skills\n Willingness to convert to permanent employment if selected\n\n\nWhy Join Our Healthcare Team\n
