Compliance Manager / Senior Manager

APAC Corporate and Trust Services Provider

An established APAC‑based corporate and trust services provider with a strong presence across Asia is looking to appoint a Compliance Manager / Senior Manager to be based in Hong Kong.

This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the regional line manager, and will play a key role in overseeing regulatory compliance across Hong Kong and key offshore jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain regulatory compliance for Hong Kong TCSP licence requirements
• Oversee compliance matters relating to offshore jurisdictions, particularly BVI and Cayman Islands, including licensing, ongoing regulatory obligations, and regulatory filings
• Act as the key point of contact for regulators, auditors, and external advisers in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions
• Advise the business on regulatory developments, licensing requirements, and compliance risk across APAC
• Develop, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Conduct compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and internal reviews
• Support new licence applications, renewals, and regulatory inspections
• Provide practical, commercial compliance advice to the business and senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven compliance experience within corporate services, trust, fiduciary, or financial services environments
• Strong hands‑on experience with Hong Kong TCSP licensing
• Solid working knowledge of BVI and Cayman Islands regulatory and licensing frameworks
• Experience operating as an independent contributor in a lean or regional structure
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage regulators and senior management confidently
• Attention to detail with a pragmatic and solutions‑driven approach
• Based in Hong Kong with the right to work locally
