WM Construction, Inc. is currently seeking motivated and reliable Laborers to join our team for utility installation on new construction projects. This is a great opportunity to work with an established company and gain hands-on experience in the construction and utilities field.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm systems, etc.)
Perform general labor tasks including digging, trenching, grading, and site preparation
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
Support crew members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards

Qualifications

Valid drivers license required
Must have reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
Construction or utility experience is a plus, but not required (will train the right candidate)
Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
