BluePearl Pet Hospital in Brentwood, TN is hiring experienced Critical Care Veterinary Technicians. Qualified applicants will have a minimum 3 years of experience, and be an LVMT.

**Up to $1,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants**

Pay: $21.00 - $41.00 / hour

Shift: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 7a-7p

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our leveling system.

We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends.*Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum.

Weekday Night (Mon-Fri 6P to 8A): $3.00

Weekend Day (Sat-Sun 8A-6P): $3.00

Weekend Night (Sat-Sun 6P-8A): $4.50

As a Critical Care Technician, you will:

• Work in collaboration with our boarded criticalists, skilled technicians, and assistants to provide high quality, progressive medical care to your patients
• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
• Place IVC's and advanced catheters like central lines, PICC lines, and arterial catheters.
• Use advanced monitoring like direct arterial blood pressure, capnography, and continuous telemetry
• Assisting in the ICU, including monitor and care for patients receiving mechanical ventilation and other critical patients
• Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.
• Assisting with maintenance in the department including stocking
