Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading evaluations of cyber security threats and enhancing defensive capabilities to reduce the bank's risk of exposure. Key responsibilities include conducting analyses of the threat environment and threats to the bank, including post incident analysis, applying a multi-faceted situational awareness of cyber security process to protect against threats, and implementing proactive defensive actions for the security, continuity, and confidentiality of information.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the identification and analysis of various complex threats, events, and incidents
- Briefs leaders on individual threats, cyber security processes, and risks of the bank's exposure to threats
- Applies a proactive understanding of cyber security threats to prevent incidents, enhance controls, and drive enterprise change
- Leads the analysis of processes to drive multi-faceted situational awareness for cyber security processes as part of the cyber health function
- Drives the aggregate analysis of the changing threat landscape, considering changes in threat actors and their infrastructure to identify enhancements in defensive controls
