The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Risk Manager to strengthen and oversee our firm's operational risk framework. This role plays a key part in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks across investment, trading, and support functions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the firm's operational risk management framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
• Oversee the capture, analysis, and reporting of operational risk events, including root cause analysis and remediation tracking.
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls, working with stakeholders to implement improvements where necessary
• Develop, monitor, and report KRIs to provide early warning signals of emerging risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelors' degree in a related field
• At least 8 years of Operational Risk experience - ideally in the CMS licensed firm
• Able to work independently
• Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
