Rothwell Figg seeks an experienced associate attorney to join its thriving biology, biotechnology, and chemical patent litigation practice. This position will provide the opportunity to work on a wide variety of patent litigation matters in the biology, biotechnology, chemical, and pharmaceutical fields with quality domestic and foreign clients.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, pharmacology, or a related field, and will have three to five years of biologics, pharmaceutical, chemical or biotech litigation, PTAB, and/or related patent litigation experience. Registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office is preferred. Prior experience working on BPCIA and/or Hatch Waxman litigation matters is a plus. Top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required. The salary range for this position is $260,000 to $365,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
